Legal Aid Administration

Legal Aid Administration (in further text: the administration) is an authority of direct administration under the Minister of Justice. Its functions are to administer funds that are reserved for legal aid provided by the state and for state compensations to victims, as well as to provide information to victims of crime. The administration disburses state compensations to victims of intentional crime, as well as ensures the operation of 116006 “Helpline for victims of crime” by delegation agreement with association “Skalbes”.
